Dovilė Burgienė moderates key debates on Gender diversity and Corporate Governance

Dovile Burgiene, managing partner at WALLESS Lithuania and co-founder of the Asociacija „Lyderė“, recently moderated two discussions on corporate governance and women on boards. The first, organized by association “Lyderė“ with BMI Executive Institute, featured insights from Monika Navickienė, Minister of Social Security and Labour, Ausrine Armonaite, Minister of the Economy and Innovation, Gerimantas Bakanas, CEO at Vilniaus šilumos tinklai, and independent board members Jurgita Petrauskienė and Robertas Vyšniauskas.
At the Momentum Conference, Viktorija Čmilytė-Nielsen, Chairwoman of the Parliament, Hedwige Nuyens, EWOB Chair, Jurgita Petrauskienė, Certified Board Member, and Rytis Ambrazevičius, President at BICG, Chairman of the Board at ecoDa, shared their insights in the discussion “Women on Boards: Are Quotas Really the Best Way to Include Women?”.
