Dovilė Burgienė becomes Co-Chair of the IBA Corporate and M&A Law Committee

Good corporate and M&A advice comes from looking beyond one market and staying close to the conversations that shape the global corporate agenda. The International Bar Association Corporate and M&A Law Committee is one of the key forums where this exchange happens in practice.  

We are proud that Dovilė Burgienė, Managing Partner of Lithuania at WALLESS, has been appointed Co-Chair of the Committee. She is the only lawyer from the Baltics in its leadership – bringing a Baltic voice into international corporate and M&A discussions.
