What makes a strong arbitration seat in CEE? This was one of the topics at Paris Arbitration Week 2025, where WALLESS Partner Gediminas Dominas joined the panel launching ArbCEE’s “Take a Seat!” report. The project’s first publication compares arbitration practices across 19 CEE jurisdictions.
The panel focused on a key issue for arbitration users: the grounds for the annulment of arbitral awards in the region. Gediminas brought the Lithuanian perspective to the table, contributing to a broader discussion on how CEE jurisdictions handle arbitration challenges.
