Business unites for security: WALLESS supports 4% GDP defense commitment

Recently a group of progressive Lithuanian companies and business associations launched the “4 percent” initiative. Among supporters are Vinted, Tesonet, Teltonika, Nord Security, Surfshark, Telia Lietuva, Tele2, BITĖ Lietuva, Baltic Classifieds Group, Hostinger, Omnisend, Adtractive, Mantinga, Oxylabs, Furniture1.eu, CyberCare, Mediatech, TV3.lt, BC Žalgiris Kaunas, BC RYTAS, Vilnius, Blue / Yellow for Ukraine, Unicorns Lithuania, Lithuanian Business Confederation | Lietuvos verslo konfederacija, Lithuanian Confederation of Industrialists | Lietuvos pramonininkų konfederacija, and many others, with WALLESS proudly standing among them.

The initiative encourages the state to reach 4% of GDP spending on defense and it got overwhelming support from over 50 000 signatures from the public. These signatures were delivered to the Speaker of the Seimas of the Republic of Lithuania Viktorija Čmilyte-Nielsen, to the Prime Minister Ingrida Šimonytė and other participants of the political system.
