Baltic family offices: building sustainable businesses for generations
Family offices manage a significant portion of global capital, impacting GDP in many countries. In the Baltics, entrepreneurs have built substantial wealth over the past 30 years. Dovilė Burgienė, Managing Partner at WALLESS Lithuania, shared her expertise at the conference “The Role of Family Firms in Long-Term Sustainability,” organized by the Baltic Family Firm Institute, ISM University of Management and Economics, European Corporate Governance Institute – ECGI, and Stockholm School of Economics in Riga.

Speakers from Harvard, Cornell, IESE, SSE Riga, and other top institutions provided insights on the future challenges and opportunities for family business leaders.
