New European sustainability standards, introduced in July 2023, will require approximately 320 Lithuanian firms to report on sustainable practices. This marks a turning point where HR specialists take the stage, preparing information for these reports, with a focus on gender equality, diversity, inclusivity and decent working conditions.
Sustainability reporting extends beyond legal compliance, it’s a dynamic tool that reduces borrowing costs, boosts stock value, attracts talent, motivates employees, and ensures business success.
