With over fifteen years of experience as a lawyer, Alina Makovska specialises in corporate and employment law. She has extensive experience advising on group structuring, reorganisation and governance projects, consulting on mergers and acquisitions, creating employee option agreements, and solving business challenges arising in modern employment relations.
