WALLESS Advised LitCapital on Investment in a Peer-to-Peer Sharing Platform

WALLESS advised LitCapital on its investment in Sena.lt (Horizontal Media, HM), which currently operates a peer-to-peer (P2P) platform for used books in Lithuania. HM plans to implement an ambitious business plan in the near future with the aim to grow and expand into new product and service categories.

Following the implementation of the business development plan, HM is expected to significantly extend the functionality of the existing platform and expand into other business areas and new products such as classified ad segments. The Fund’s investment will allow HM to strengthen its financial position, improve the quality of customer service and develop the functionality of its platforms. HM is expected to generate sales of EUR 4 million in 2023.

The WALLESS team advising the investors included the managing partner of Lithuania Dovilė Burgienė, associate partner Artūras Grimaila, and junior associate Austė Lideikytė.
