WALLESS team in Estonia assisted Horizon Capital, a recognized private equity firm, on making an investment in Viseven Europe OÜ. WALLESS acted as a local legal advisor in cooperation with AVELLUM, a leading Ukrainian law firm.

Viseven is a top global marketing tech provider servicing the pharmaceutical and life sciences industry. Horizon Capital stands as the preeminent private equity firm in Emerging Europe with over USD1.5 billion in AUM from investors with a capital base exceeding USD630 billion, raising circa USD0.8 billion in growth capital in just over five years, including USD328 million in HCGF IV. The firm’s investment strategy focuses on backing visionary entrepreneurs leading fast-growing, primarily tech and export-oriented businesses in Ukraine and Moldova.

WALLESS, together with AVELLUM, assisted with the preparation and negotiation of the transaction documents and coordinated signing and completion of the transaction.
