The acquisition of InMedica by Mehiläinen opens new opportunities for healthcare in the Baltics

The largest investment in the Baltic healthcare sector is on its way: an agreement has been signed for the sale of InMedica Group, Lithuania’s leading private medical services network, to Mehiläinen, Finland’s leading healthcare company. This landmark transaction, with INVL Baltic Sea Growth Fund, AB City, and Litgaja as the sellers, will be closed upon approval by the competition authorities.
