Strengtening its role in logistics: Triumph Financial acquires Greenscreens.ai

Triumph Financial is expanding its presence in the logistics sector with the acquisition of Greenscreens.ai, a leading freight pricing platform. Preparation for the closing of the $160 million transaction is underway.
