Sixth investment fund established by Eika Asset Management

The Bank of Lithuania has approved the rules of the Eika Co-Living fund, a closed-end investment fund for informed investors. Focusing on community living projects in Europe, this fund aims to provide an affordable alternative to quality housing in city centres.
