NORDWOOD enters design furniture market – advised by WALLESS

Estonian sawmilling group NORDWOOD has acquired Flexa Eesti, a design furniture manufacturer previously owned by Denmark’s Flexa4Dreams group. The acquisition includes two manufacturing sites and brings over 100 skilled employees under the NORDWOOD umbrella. Going forward, the company will operate as Thuka Nordwood AS. The group, operating under a single NORDWOOD brand, produces high-quality timber from locally sourced Nordic pine and spruce across its three Estonian mills.
