J&C Aero advances international growth with Setna iO as strategic partner

A Lithuanian aviation business is moving onto a bigger international stage. J&C Aero, a leading aircraft cabin interior specialist, has completed the sale of a majority stake to Setna iO, a Chicago based global aviation services group. 

This transaction puts a Lithuanian aerospace services company on a broader growth path. It brings together J&C Aero’s certified design, production and maintenance capabilities with Setna iO’s global aviation platform – creating a stronger base for growth beyond Europe and across the aircraft lifecycle. 

The founders will remain invested and continue leading the business day to day, keeping the team, values and long-term vision behind J&C Aero’s success in place.
