Iron Wolf Capital backs UFORCE, a defence tech unicorn

UFORCE, a London-based startup founded by Ukrainians, has announced a $50 million seed round, backed by VC funds including Lakestar, Shield Capital, Ballistic Ventures, Lithuanian early-stage VC fund Iron Wolf Capital, and other leading American and European defence investors. 

Now described as the first defence tech unicorn in both Ukraine and the UK, UFORCE develops autonomous land, sea and aerial systems built on technologies refined in Ukraine and designed to scale across allied markets. With an international team spanning Kyiv, London and Silicon Valley, the company now has a valuation of over $1 billion. 

WALLESS advised Iron Wolf Capital as one of the investors in the round. The team was led by Partner Andrius Ivanauskas, with Associate Reda Stalioraitytė supporting the transaction.

Mes siunčiame sąskaitas elektronine forma (PDF, Word arba Excel formatais) (be fizinio parašo) el. paštu. Jei Klientas reikalauja specialios sąskaitų faktūrų formos ar procedūros, arba sąskaitų faktūrų ar sąskaitų duomenų įkėlimo į Kliento ar trečiosios šalies platformą ar panašią sistemą, mes taikysime 50 EUR administracinį mokestį už kiekvieną vienos ar kelių sąskaitų pateikimą, kuris gali būti peržiūrėtas laikas nuo laiko. Mes pasiliekame teisę perduoti finansinės apskaitos vedimą, taip pat sąskaitų išrašymą ir išsiuntimą tretiesiems paslaugų tiekėjams, saistomiems tokių pačių konfidencialumo įsipareigojimų, kokie yra nurodyti šių Bendrųjų sąlygų 6.1 punkte.
