The European Investment Fund (EIF) is investing €50 million in the CEE Student Housing Fund and increasing its capacity to €112 million. This fund is actively developing sustainable student housing across the entire Central and Eastern Europe region. 

This achievement reflects the growing interest from investors in socially responsible real estate projects and highlights the potential for sustainable growth in the CEE region.
