Estonia’s largest logistics park, moves forward as East Capital and Nordecon sign the phase-one construction contract

East Capital and Nordecon have signed a main contractor agreement for the construction of the first building of Park Rae, one of the largest logistics and light industrial parks in the Baltics, located near Tallinn. The contract value, covering the construction of the first building together with the related outdoor areas, is EUR 15.8 million. Park Rae’s ambition is to deliver a 32,000 m² building with office space and achieve LEED Platinum certification – a level not yet awarded to any logistics park in the Baltics. Works will begin once the detailed design is completed in spring 2026, and the first tenants are expected to move in during the first half of 2027.
