Danpower Group acquires a majority stake in SW Energia OÜ

Danpower Group has signed an agreement to acquire a majority stake in SW Energia OÜ. The partnership combines SW Energia’s local expertise and agile management with Danpower’s international experience, financial strength, and long-term investment perspective. The combination will create a strong platform to modernise Estonia’s heat supply infrastructure and accelerate the transition to renewable energy.

SW Energia, founded in 1999, produces thermal energy in 65 district heating networks across Estonia and has built its growth on strong local leadership and efficient digital management. The transaction is subject to approval by the Estonian competition authority.
