Client’s interests successfully defended at the Supreme Court of Lithuania

The first application of the 2005 Hague Convention on the merits at this level! WALLESS secured a victory at the Supreme Court of Lithuania. 

Our Dispute Resolution team successfully defended the client’s right to rely on a jurisdiction agreement despite allegations of significant changes in circumstances and parties within a multilateral agreement.
