AUGA group receives legal support from WALLESS in strategic Grybai LT sale

Our client AUGA group, along with its subsidiaries, signed a share sale agreement with Kauno Grūdai for the sale of 100% of Grybai LT shares, pending Competition Council approval. The transaction proceeds will support AUGA group’s corporate development and the expansion of their sustainable “no cost to nature” product line.
