A strategic step for Vodafone – acquiring Skaylink to boost its cloud and IT expertise

As demand for secure and reliable cloud services grows, Vodafone is expanding its digital capabilities with the acquisition of Skaylink – a company helping businesses modernise and protect their systems across Europe.

The EUR 175 million deal combines Vodafone’s international reach with Skaylink’s cloud expertise to strengthen digital resilience across the region.

Working alongside Linklaters, WALLESS supported Vodafone on matters related to Skaylink’s operations in the Baltic market.
