Teele Soopalu

Teele specialises in banking and financial law. Teele has several years of experience at the Financial Supervision and Resolution Authority (Finantsinspektsioon) as a lawyer in the legal department, acting as an expert in different supervisory proceedings which included activity licenses, qualifying holding proceeding, fit&proper assessments, assesment of different risk management structure and regulatory compliance of supervisory entities. Teele also represented the Finantsinspektsioon in international working groups. Teele has also previously worked as a Compliance Specialist at LHV Varahaldus advising the business units on day-to-day and ESG issues. Curiosity, hard work and solution oriented approach are the main charaterstics of Teele.
